1.2 BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

H1: Automated Teller Machine will have positive impact on Nigeria bank services delivery.

This study will be beneficial to bankers so as to know the problem facing their customers in the sense that they will know the importance of ATM.
Generally the public will also benefit from this study since they are account holders or bank’s customers.
