INTRODUCTION

The internship program is designed to provide students engaged in a field with experience and opportunity to share  their insight and to explore the link between students academic preperation and their field of work, and to assist participants in developing and carrying out the major research project which will serve to culminate the internship experience. An internship program is the bridge for those want to enter to enter the corporate level from the college life, through internship I got to know the real working environment that was very different from my course study.

During my internship, I had an opportunity to work in the department to know about how an automobile repair garage functions. The internship experience provide me with the opportunity to broaden my knowledge, acknowledge my strengths /weakness that would be more helpful to shape up my career in the future.

1.2 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE.

To enable students get hands-experience in real life situation they are expected to work in when they graduate.

To provide an opportunity for students to apply the principles and theoretical techniques learnt into real life problems solving situations.

To provide an opportunity to interact with stakeholders and potential employees to appreciate industrial situations that will also generate information for curricula review and improvement.

To develop an understanding of work ethics, employment demands, responsibility and opportunities.

To enable students bridge the gap between the theories studied in class and the practical part of the theory.

1.  CHAPTER 1:

PRESENTION OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE.

1.1BACKGROUND

GROUP NCY MOTOR was founded in 1998 by Ngwain Cornelius Yeseh and located in Yaoundé Cameroon. starting on a low budget, it has grown over time to be a highly sophisticated garage with responsibility of making today’s automobile stay functional.

The CEO being a seasoned engineer with great passion for automobile has not stopped at his quest for acquiring diagnostic equipment and qualified staffs in order to give customers vehicles the best of care and all-round protection from break downs.

               Group NCY motors plays a vital role in the community in offering first class services to all companies that are in partnership with and individual clients, NCY motors also has a training center in training students in automobile engineering. I chose this organization because I find their mission to be important and relevant to my career goals to   becoming an excellent automobile engineer.

1.3 Location.

NCY motors is located in the city of Yaounde the political capital of the nation, at olezoua few miles from the filling station. This choice of location gives the company best positioning because they repair and maintain most faulty cars of other companies which is a great advantage to the companies networth.
